1. Lead and manage the skincare and haircare department to ensure operational excellence.
2. Act as a brand ambassador, embodying Sephora's values and ethos.

1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management.
2. Proven leadership experience with the ability to inspire and guide a team.

1. Strong communication skills, both in group settings and one-on-one interactions.
2. Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
3. Ability to meet deadlines and work with performance metrics.
4. Customer-focused with a strong business acumen.
5. Proficiency in Danish and English.

A minimum of two years in a retail environment, with leadership responsibilities.
