1. Provide day-to-day supervisory oversight of store operations.
2. Collaborate with fellow supervisors, the Assistant Store Manager, and the Store Manager.
3. Achieve store KPIs and deliver an exceptional client experience.
4. Manage team performance through regular coaching and feedback.
5. Promote high-level customer service and recommend suitable products.
6. Serve as an escalation point for client and team member issues.
7. Make confident store operation decisions during core hours.
8. Conduct team briefings and support the achievement of store targets.
9. Work on a rostered basis, including weekends, early starts, and late finishes.

1. Previous management experience in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment.
2. Strong emotional intelligence and communication skills.
3. Ability to influence team members at all levels by leading by example.
4. Proven history of exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
5. Proficiency in using the Microsoft Office Suite.

Minimum of 3 years in a management role within a fast-paced, high-volume retail sales environment.
