Sephora Demand Planning Manager

- Coordinate sales planning for product launches, ensuring alignment with benchmarks and market needs.
- Ensure completeness of launch quantities in collaboration with project managers and business development teams.
- Monitor launch performance and address risks of overstock or stockouts.
- Guarantee sales forecasts and contribute to the S&OP process, collaborating with business development and category management teams.
- Participate in monthly regional meetings to influence stock levels and sales ambitions.
- Engage with finance teams for budget construction and revisions, including risk management.
- Contribute to global demand and inventory reviews, addressing stock tensions and obsolescence risks.
- Lead and develop a team of sales forecasters, enhancing their technical and soft skills.
- Implement performance management within the team, focusing on supply chain KPIs such as fill rate and forecast accuracy.
- Drive continuous improvement projects within the demand planning team.
- Manage team roadmap and align with company strategy, fostering talent growth and team cohesion.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in supply chain, particularly in demand and/or supply planning.
- Proficiency in English and French.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Experience in team management with a focus on skill development.
- Advanced analytical capabilities.
- Adaptability to new tools and concepts.
- Understanding of customer needs and sensitivity to the cosmetics sector.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Qlik, or Looker.
- Knowledge of SAP and forecasting management tools.
- APICS certification (CPIM, CSCP) is a plus.
A minimum of 10 years in supply chain roles, with a focus on demand and/or supply planning.
Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
