1. Develop and project demand forecasts to ensure optimal inventory levels across sales channels.
2. Utilize historical data and market trends to create accurate demand and purchase forecasts.
3. Leverage artificial intelligence to adjust forecasting models in real-time, adapting to market changes and company strategy.
4. Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and finance teams to optimize inventory levels and ensure product availability.
5. Analyze and identify root causes of supply chain issues, implementing effective action plans.
6. Manage key performance indicators for continuous improvement, preparing executive reports and presentations.
7. Oversee and develop team members, providing training and career development opportunities.
8. Proactively communicate and resolve supply chain challenges.

1. Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Actuarial Science, or a related field.
2. Over 5 years of experience in similar roles.
3. Advanced written and conversational English skills.

1. Proficiency in demand forecasting and inventory management.
2. Strong analytical skills with experience in supply chain management.
3. Advanced knowledge of SAP, Excel, and Relex (preferred).
4. Ability to manage databases and analyze large data sets.
5. Experience in retail and mass consumption sectors.

Over 5 years of experience in supply chain, demand forecasting, and inventory management within the retail sector.

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Actuarial Science, or a related field.
