1. Review and adjust sales forecasts weekly, analyzing factors impacting sales such as events and economic context.
2. Ensure forecast alignment with sales trends and seasonality.
3. Analyze forecast accuracy and optimize models and methods accordingly.
4. Verify and update historical data in the system, accounting for exceptional sales.
5. Develop strategies for managing forecasts of end-of-life or overstocked items.
6. Analyze the impact of promotions on sales and determine necessary stock levels.
7. Manage the launch and performance analysis of new and 'one-shot' products.
8. Participate in demand review meetings and collaborate with local supply chain teams.
9. Align sales forecasts with financial budgets and simulate demand scenarios.
10. Contribute to continuous improvement of demand planning processes.

1. Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Engineering.
2. Minimum of two years' experience in demand planning, preferably in retail.

1. Strong analytical skills and numerical proficiency.
2. Attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
4. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
5. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

At least two years of experience in demand planning, ideally within the retail sector.

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Engineering.
