1. Ensure item-level sales forecasts align with financial sales forecasts and business objectives.
2. Utilize predictive methodologies to maximize retail sales and optimize inventory levels.
3. Manage forecast and history exceptions at item/selling channel and item/store levels.
4. Analyze event impacts on baseline forecasts and apply appropriate sales lifts to future events.
5. Collaborate with Merchandise Planning to align bottoms-up forecasts with OTB forecasts.
6. Own core sales forecasts and manage replenishment purchases.
7. Validate and adjust demand system seasonal profiles as needed.
8. Communicate SKU and store-level trend shifts to influence merchandising and assortment strategies.

1. 3+ years of retail demand planning experience.

1. Proficiency in MS Office with advanced Excel skills.
2. Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
3. Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
4. Effective verbal and written communication skills.
5. Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
6. Flexibility and teamwork orientation.

A minimum of three years in retail demand planning is required.

The annual base salary range is $75,650.00 - $84,550.00, with potential eligibility for bonuses.
