Sephora Demand Planner

- Serve as the primary Demand Planner for the European region, focusing on selected makeup brands.
- Weekly determination and adjustment of sales forecasts by analyzing sales-impacting factors such as events and economic context.
- Ensure forecast alignment with market trends and seasonality.
- Analyze forecast accuracy and identify impacting factors to optimize sales forecasting models and methods.
- Verify the relevance of historical data and update with exceptional sales data.
- Monitor forecast alerts to detect over/underperformance and adjust accordingly.
- Update forecasts for end-of-life products and develop liquidation strategies.
- Manage promotional impacts and adjust future sales forecasts accordingly.
- Validate sales and stock needs for key initiatives.
- Oversee the launch of new products and 'One Shot' items, challenging forecasts based on sales prediction tools.
- Analyze performance of new items across markets and adjust restocking to meet actual demand.
- Manage stock shortages for new and 'One Shot' products.
- Align sales forecasts with purchasing budgets and simulate demand scenarios.
- Participate in and lead information-sharing meetings with local supply chains and central offers.
- Continuously improve forecasting processes and supply chain efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Engineering (BAC+5 preferred).
- Minimum of two years' experience in demand planning, with retail experience as a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and numerical proficiency.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and anticipative.
- Team-oriented with a dynamic and positive attitude.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
Minimum of three years of experience in demand planning, preferably within the retail sector.
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Engineering (BAC+5 preferred).
