1. Adjust weekly forecasts in response to unexpected events.
2. Ensure forecast alignment with market trends in collaboration with the Distribution Planner.
3. Analyze and enhance forecast accuracy by identifying potential issues.
4. Verify and complete historical data for forecasts.
5. Update forecasts for end-of-life products and develop liquidation strategies.
6. Raise alerts and arbitrate for the product portfolio.
7. Manage the monthly forecast validation with Category Managers.
8. Analyze the impact of promotions and apply necessary adjustments to future sales.
9. Validate sales and stock needs for key initiatives.
10. Integrate newness and OS data into the forecasting tool and validate parameters.
11. Challenge newness forecasts based on RELEX calculations.
12. Monitor forecast alerts to detect over/under-performance and adjust as necessary.
13. Manage shortages for newness and OS.
14. Participate in demand meetings with the local offer team and provide key insights.
15. Perform budget reconciliation and share with finance.
16. Communicate with the business planner to gather and share market information.
17. Continuously improve demand planning processes.

1. Graduate from an engineering or business school with 4 to 5 years of experience in demand planning.

1. Strong problem-solving skills and quantitative and qualitative data analysis.
2. Logical reasoning and quick learning ability.
3. Ability to thrive in a dynamic and changing environment while meeting tight deadlines.
4. Experience in simulation and scenario analysis.
5. Global vision and medium to long-term decision-making capability.
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
7. Attention to detail.
8. Proficiency in MS Office, with advanced Excel skills.
9. Fluency in English.
10. Strong team spirit.

4 to 5 years of experience in demand planning, preferably within a dynamic and changing environment.

Graduate from an engineering or business school.
