1. Develop and manage monthly sales forecasts for a product category portfolio over a 7 to 18-month horizon.
2. Analyze market trends, including seasonality, cannibalization, and stockouts, to ensure accurate sales forecasting.
3. Align and reconcile 'sell-in' and 'sell-out' forecasts with regional demand planners.
4. Coordinate with category managers to validate monthly forecasts and oversee product lifecycle management.
5. Contribute to the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process by reporting forecast models and alignments.
6. Manage the global demand planning cycle and address alerts and arbitration points.
7. Collaborate with marketing and category managers on new product launch sizing and development processes.
8. Monitor forecast accuracy KPIs, service rates, and obsolescence, and participate in continuous improvement projects.

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business with 4-5 years of experience in demand planning.

1. Strong knowledge of supply chain and stock management processes.
2. Proficiency in Office tools, databases, and ERP systems such as SAP and Anaplan.
3. Fluency in English.
4. Excellent analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.

4-5 years of experience in demand planning, preferably within the cosmetics sector.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business.
