Sephora Demand Planner

- Develop and manage monthly sales forecasts for a client portfolio over a 9-month horizon, analyzing factors such as seasonality, cannibalization, and stockouts.
- Ensure alignment of sales forecasts with regional animation plans and client OTB (Open-to-Buy).
- Coordinate monthly forecast construction and validation with clients and sales teams.
- Oversee product lifecycle management within the client scope, sharing insights with the Category Demand Planner.
- Contribute to the S&OP process by reporting forecast model construction and client alignments to the Demand Manager.
- Manage the monthly Regional Demand Planning cycle, raising alerts and arbitration points.
- Construct and revise the SELL In budget, participating in monthly budget reforecast cycles.
- Monitor forecast accuracy KPIs, service rates, and obsolescence within the region.
- Engage in continuous improvement projects and lead cross-functional initiatives within the Demand Planning team.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business from a recognized institution.
- 4-5 years of experience in demand planning within the cosmetics or related industry.
- Proficiency in supply chain and inventory management processes, including MRP/DRP.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Office tools, databases, and forecasting management tools such as Anaplan.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
- Team-oriented with a strong spirit of collaboration.
4-5 years of experience in demand planning, preferably within the cosmetics sector.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business.
