Sephora Demand Planner Assistant

- Plan and execute Supply Chain operations related to trade animation.
- Coordinate with Trade Marketing, Categories, and European Supply Chain Team to ensure timely information flow.
- Analyze business data to support commercial activities while adhering to stock value and rotation index targets.
- Upload necessary information into the forecasting system for sales forecasts and store/e-commerce replenishment.
- Follow up on deliveries to central warehouse and stores/e-commerce, coordinating with Demand and Supply Planners for corrective actions.
- Conduct ex-post analysis to identify success elements and areas for improvement.
- Support Demand Planners in planning, executing, and controlling new product/brand launches.
- Create and maintain databases to improve communication and effectiveness with other departments.
- Degree in Engineering or Economics
- Nearly 1 year of experience in planning, preferably in a retail environment
- Excellent knowledge of Excel
- Experience with forecasting systems (preferred)
- Fluent in English
- Strong analytical skills
Beginner level experience in planning, ideally within a retail environment.
