Sephora Demand Planner Assistant

1. Plan and execute Supply Chain operations related to trade animation.
2. Coordinate with Trade Marketing, Categories, and European Supply Chain Team to ensure timely information flow.
3. Analyze business data to support commercial activities while adhering to stock value and rotation index targets.
4. Upload necessary information into the forecasting system for sales forecasts and store/e-commerce replenishment.
5. Follow up on deliveries to central warehouse and stores/e-commerce, coordinating with Demand and Supply Planners for corrective actions.
6. Conduct ex-post analysis to identify success elements and areas for improvement.
7. Support Demand Planners in planning, executing, and controlling new product/brand launches.
8. Create and maintain databases to improve communication and effectiveness with other departments.

1. Degree in Engineering or Economics
2. Nearly 1 year of experience in planning, preferably in a retail environment

1. Excellent knowledge of Excel
2. Experience with forecasting systems (preferred)
3. Fluent in English
4. Strong analytical skills

Beginner level experience in planning, ideally within a retail environment.
