1. Lead the central replenishment of Retail and E-store assortment to ensure optimal product availability.
2. Adjust purchasing plans using parameters such as lead time and buffer stock.
3. Communicate on Out-of-Stock situations and align with commercial needs.
4. Optimize stock levels in stores and identify re-allocation opportunities between Retail and E-Commerce.
5. Manage Open To Buy for central and validate orders weekly.
6. Coordinate with Central Planning Team to secure additional inventory when demand exceeds forecast.
7. Communicate picking and shipping priorities to the warehouse.
8. Prepare action plans with Category Management and Finance Teams for slow movers and obsoletes.
9. Lead, motivate, and develop the Demand and Supply Planner team.
10. Identify and implement initiatives for process improvement in demand and supply planning.
11. Ensure effective communication with all departments to align objectives and processes.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position.
2. Experience in retail is a plus.
3. Exposure to a multicultural environment.

1. Advanced Excel skills.
2. ERP experience, SAP preferred.
3. Advanced English proficiency.
4. Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
5. High personal drive and ability to work under pressure.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably within the retail sector.
