Sephora Demand and Supply Planning Manager

- Lead the central replenishment of Retail and E-store assortment to ensure optimal product availability.
- Adjust purchasing plans using parameters such as lead time and buffer stock.
- Communicate on Out-of-Stock situations and align with commercial needs.
- Optimize stock levels in stores and identify re-allocation opportunities between Retail and E-Commerce.
- Manage Open To Buy for central and validate orders weekly.
- Coordinate with Central Planning Team to secure additional inventory when demand exceeds forecast.
- Communicate picking and shipping priorities to the warehouse.
- Prepare action plans with Category Management and Finance Teams for slow movers and obsoletes.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the Demand and Supply Planner team.
- Identify and implement initiatives for process improvement in demand and supply planning.
- Ensure effective communication with all departments to align objectives and processes.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Experience in retail is a plus.
- Exposure to a multicultural environment.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- ERP experience, SAP preferred.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
- High personal drive and ability to work under pressure.
