1. Maintain and update central SAP financial master data, including accounts, cost centers, and profit centers.
2. Manage user access authorizations and organize biannual training sessions for requesters and validators.
3. Provide daily support for SAP tool usage, including user guide communication and best practice sharing.
4. Resolve user requests related to financial processes, such as stock and bank reconciliations.
5. Propose and implement sustainable solutions for recurring issues.
6. Assist in resolving incidents related to missing SAP interfaces in coordination with AMS IT SAP.
7. Reassign user tickets to appropriate services and ensure resolution.
8. Participate in updating and creating internal SAP Support Finance documentation.
9. Support subsidiaries in SAP tool evolution requests, including requirement gathering, testing, and user guide creation.
10. Engage in project phases such as drafting specifications, selecting technical solutions, and supporting testing phases.
11. Contribute to the SAP ECC to SAP S/4 Hana transformation program.

1. Pursuing a Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Information Systems (BAC+4/5).
2. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
