1. Participate in the design, development, and deployment of advanced machine learning models and algorithms to address complex business challenges.
2. Apply expertise in Generative AI to develop and fine-tune models, contribute to synthetic data generation and data augmentation efforts, and engineer GenAI agents using both commercial and open-source LLMs.
3. Collaborate closely with domain experts, software engineers, and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable AI solutions.
4. Conduct exploratory data analysis, data preprocessing, and feature engineering to ensure high-quality input for modeling.
5. Stay abreast of AI research, experimenting with emerging techniques and remaining informed about the latest advancements in the field.
6. Communicate findings, insights, and technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences through clear visualizations and presentations.
7. Contribute to developing and maintaining a robust machine learning infrastructure and best practices within the organization.

1. Completion or in progress to attain a degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
2. Graduating in 2026 or 2027 (undergraduate or graduate degree).
3. Must permanently reside and work in the U.S.
4. Must be open to relocating to the San Francisco Bay Area upon graduation for consideration for full-time hybrid positions.

1. Proficiency in writing and testing Python object-oriented code with hands-on experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks.
2. Strong understanding of deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and hands-on experience in implementing complex AI models.
3. Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to approach complex challenges creatively.
4. Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
5. Exposure to cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and distributed computing is a plus.
6. Strong knowledge of SQL and unstructured data processing is a plus.

Experience in data science, machine learning, generative AI, and agentic AI systems is required.

Completion or in progress to attain a degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.

The target hourly pay for this position is $25.00 per hour. The actual hourly pay offered depends on various factors, including the applicant’s qualifications, experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location.

Interns will benefit from a comprehensive learning experience, including weekly virtual workshops, networking opportunities, and career panels. The program also offers a one-week on-site experience in San Francisco.
