1. Participate in the design, development, and deployment of advanced machine learning models and algorithms to address complex business challenges.
2. Apply expertise in Generative AI to develop and fine-tune models, contribute to synthetic data generation and data augmentation efforts, and engineer GenAI agents using both commercial and open source LLMs.
3. Collaborate closely with domain experts, software engineers, and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable AI solutions.
4. Conduct exploratory data analysis, data preprocessing, and feature engineering to ensure high-quality input for modeling.
5. Stay informed about the latest advancements in AI research, experimenting with emerging techniques.
6. Communicate findings, insights, and technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences through clear visualizations and presentations.
7. Contribute to developing and maintaining a robust machine learning infrastructure and best practices within the organization.

1. Completion or in progress to attain a degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.

1. Experience in data science, machine learning, and generative AI.
2. Proficiency in writing and testing Python object-oriented code with hands-on experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks.
3. Strong understanding of deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
4. Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
5. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
6. Exposure to cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and distributed computing is a plus.
7. Strong knowledge of SQL and unstructured data processing is a plus.

Experience in data science and machine learning, with a focus on generative AI.

Pursuing or completed a degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.

The annual base salary range for this position is $23.00. Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses.
