Sephora Data Science Assistant Intern

1. Develop and optimize machine learning algorithms such as RandomForest, XGBoost, and Generative AI.
2. Collaborate with business teams to ensure the adoption of machine learning solutions through monitoring and A/B testing.
3. Engage in one of the four priority areas: Product Recommendation, Client Scoring, Activity Forecasting, or Generative AI.
4. Utilize Sephora's data ecosystem, including DSS by Dataiku and Google Cloud Platform, to enhance algorithmic performance.
5. Analyze transactional, online, product, and stock data to support model development.

1. Enrolled in a Master's program (Bac +5) with a specialization in Data Science or Machine Learning.

1. Proficiency in machine learning techniques such as RandomForest, XGBoost, LightGBM, and LSTM.
2. Advanced knowledge of SQL and Python.
3. Experience with machine learning projects or participation in Kaggle challenges.
4. Familiarity with DSS by Dataiku and Google Cloud Platform is advantageous.
5. Organizational and dynamic work approach.
6. Proactive and innovative mindset with a curiosity for the latest machine learning advancements.

Beginner level experience in data science or related fields.

Master's degree in Data Science or Machine Learning (in progress).
