- Oversee daily operations of D-commerce platforms, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and business continuity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new technical features and integrations.
- Manage IT infrastructure, including servers, databases, networks, and cloud services.
- Implement and enforce best practices for system configuration, data management, and disaster recovery.
- Lead a team of IT professionals, providing coaching and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors, negotiating contracts and monitoring performance.
- Develop and implement incident response procedures and conduct root cause analysis.
- Identify areas for process improvement and define key performance indicators to enhance IT operations.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant technical field.
- Approximately 10 years of experience in IT operations, ideally within an Omni-Retail company.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic and French is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in E-commerce platforms and IT infrastructure management.
- Knowledge of cyber-security and regulatory compliance.
- Experience in team leadership and vendor management.
Approximately 10 years of experience in IT operations, ideally within an Omni-Retail company.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant technical field.
