Sephora Cyber Security Manager

- Coordinate with Sephora and LVMH EME and global security teams to enhance information security culture.
- Manage security checks and remediation, including penetration tests and audits.
- Collaborate with business and IT units to enforce Sephora EME Security Strategy.
- Develop local security governance with key partners to assess risks and implement remediation plans.
- Oversee cybersecurity operations across the GCC region, including KSA, UAE, QA, KW, BH, and OM.
- Implement security policies and procedures to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with LVMH standards.
- Assist in incident response planning and execution for security breaches.
- Promote cybersecurity awareness and best practices among employees.
- Monitor systems for suspicious activity and report on security measures' effectiveness.
- Evaluate third-party vendors for security compliance and manage vendor relationships.
- Proven track record as a Cyber Security professional in an international and multicultural environment.
- Advanced knowledge of Information Security technologies and international standards.
- Strong understanding of retail and distribution processes and IT ecosystems.
- Self-starter with the ability to drive topics to deliver business value.
- Analytical and business-oriented mindset.
- Experience in complex IT environments with project management expertise.
- Effective communication skills with stakeholders at EME and Global levels.
- Over 10 years of experience, including at least 3 years in an omni retail company.
- Master’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
- CISSP, ISO 27001, ISO 27005, CRISC, or CISM certification preferred.
- Cybersecurity mindset with advanced knowledge of risk management.
- Global understanding of retail and distribution activities.
- Problem-solving orientation and ability to prioritize complex work.
- Experience managing multiple vendors and projects.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Service quality and end-user orientation.
- Adaptability in a fast-paced retail environment.
Over 10 years of experience in cybersecurity, including at least 3 years in an omni retail company.
