1. Coordinate with Sephora and LVMH EME and global security teams to enhance information security culture.
2. Manage security checks and remediation, including penetration tests and audits.
3. Collaborate with business and IT units to enforce Sephora EME Security Strategy.
4. Develop local security governance with key partners to assess risks and implement remediation plans.
5. Oversee cybersecurity operations across the GCC region, including KSA, UAE, QA, KW, BH, and OM.
6. Implement security policies and procedures to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with LVMH standards.
7. Assist in incident response planning and execution for security breaches.
8. Promote cybersecurity awareness and best practices among employees.
9. Monitor systems for suspicious activity and report on security measures' effectiveness.
10. Evaluate third-party vendors for security compliance and manage vendor relationships.

1. Proven track record as a Cyber Security professional in an international and multicultural environment.
2. Advanced knowledge of Information Security technologies and international standards.
3. Strong understanding of retail and distribution processes and IT ecosystems.
4. Self-starter with the ability to drive topics to deliver business value.
5. Analytical and business-oriented mindset.
6. Experience in complex IT environments with project management expertise.
7. Effective communication skills with stakeholders at EME and Global levels.
8. Over 10 years of experience, including at least 3 years in an omni retail company.
9. Master’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
10. CISSP, ISO 27001, ISO 27005, CRISC, or CISM certification preferred.

Master’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
