1. Lead and oversee the Cyber Defense functions across Asia, including security operations, vulnerability management, incident and alert management, and threat hunting.
2. Coordinate security operations with technical teams and stakeholders to enhance cybersecurity defenses and efficiency.
3. Manage regional security analysts and drive continuous improvement in processes and technologies.
4. Align cyber defense strategies with regional, global, and LVMH Group Cyber Defense teams.
5. Implement and enforce Cyber Defense policies and procedures aligned with LVMH Group priorities.
6. Enhance security posture through continuous monitoring and vulnerability management.
7. Lead regional incident response efforts, ensuring timely and effective responses to security incidents.
8. Oversee regional Cyber Crisis Management processes and ensure stakeholder training.
9. Collaborate with Group SOC and Cyber Defense teams to enhance detection capabilities and optimize security tools.
10. Utilize threat intelligence to proactively identify potential threats and vulnerabilities.

1. Minimum of 7-8 years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
2. Strong understanding of security technologies such as SIEM, EDR, NDR, and threat intelligence platforms.
3. Expertise in advanced threat detection techniques and incident response methodologies.

1. Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
2. Ability to analyze security alerts and coordinate effective response actions.
3. Proficiency in forensic analysis tools and methodologies.

Minimum of 7-8 years in cybersecurity, including leadership roles in SOC, threat hunting, and incident response.
