- Assist in the management and analysis of Customer Service operations.
- Participate in various partner management meetings.
- Monitor service quality and KPIs, challenging partner results.
- Update KPI dashboards and various data sets.
- Communicate results internally through weekly emails and monthly meetings.
- Analyze contact rates and customer satisfaction, sharing alerts as necessary.
- Analyze order and contact forecasts, sharing alerts as necessary.
- Manage technical incident reporting, coordinating with partners and internal teams (IT, Product, Payment, Logistics) and tracking resolution.
- Create and coordinate access requests for customer service advisors.
- Optimize operational processes, including improvement and automation of reporting files and KPI tracking, and coordination between internal teams.
- Bachelor's degree (Bac+4/5)
- Fluency in English
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong interest in international environments, data analysis, and numerical analysis
- Autonomous, organized, rigorous, curious, and solution-oriented
- Proactive and committed to continuous improvement
No specific prior experience required, but a strong interest in data analysis and customer service operations is advantageous.
