1. Supervise all sales floor domains, including beauty, skincare, fragrance, and haircare.
2. Ensure team members execute Sephora's sales model and deliver exceptional customer service.
3. Respond promptly to customer feedback and innovate customer interaction technologies.
4. Support in-store event organization to meet objectives and customer needs.
5. Monitor performance management needs and provide necessary coaching.
6. Deliver timely feedback for team improvement and conduct regular check-ins with direct reports.
7. Demonstrate strong understanding of store revenue and business opportunities.

1. 1-3 years of experience in a similar role within a high-volume retail environment or equivalent internal experience.

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Ability to influence business partners at all levels with clarity and conciseness.
3. Proven ability to build teams by attracting and selecting talented store leaders.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar retail environment.

Compensation ranges from CAD 21.10 to CAD 26.40 per hour, based on qualifications and experience.
