1. Collaborate with supervisors to promptly resolve customer issues.

1. 1-3 years of experience in a similar role within a high-volume retail environment or equivalent internal experience.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence business partners at all levels.
3. Experience in managing and developing a large, diverse team to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service.

3. Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
4. Physical ability to bend, stretch, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Minimum of 3 years in a similar retail role or equivalent internal experience.
