Sephora Customer Experience Team Leader

- Supervise and ensure the seamless execution of Sephora's sales model across various product categories, including makeup, skincare, fragrance, and haircare.
- Enhance customer experience by addressing feedback promptly and ensuring team adherence to service standards.
- Foster innovation by ensuring team members are trained in the latest customer interaction technologies.
- Support in-store event organization to meet business objectives and customer needs.
- Monitor performance management needs and provide timely feedback and coaching to team members.
- Demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit by understanding store revenue and identifying business opportunities.
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role within a comparable sales volume store or equivalent internal experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence business partners at all levels.
- Proven ability to build teams by attracting and selecting capable store leaders who can train and develop team members to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in using technology to enhance customer interactions.
- Ability to organize and execute events effectively.
- Analytical skills to understand business metrics and identify opportunities.
1-3 years in a similar retail leadership role or equivalent internal experience.
