1. Supervise all sales floor domains, including makeup, skincare, fragrance, and haircare, ensuring adherence to Sephora's sales model.
2. Ensure timely response to customer feedback related to specific domains.
3. Facilitate innovation by ensuring team members receive appropriate training on customer interaction technologies.
4. Support in-store event organization to meet objectives and customer needs.
5. Monitor performance management needs within assigned store areas and provide necessary guidance.
6. Provide timely feedback to team members for improvement and follow-up as needed.
7. Demonstrate strong understanding of store revenue and business opportunities.

1. 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role within a comparable sales volume store or equivalent internal experience.

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Ability to influence business partners at all levels with clarity and conciseness.
3. Proven ability to build teams by attracting and selecting capable store leaders who can train and develop team members to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service.
