Sephora Customer Experience Team Leader

- Supervise all team members across various Sephora worlds, including color, skincare, fragrance, and Sephora Collection.
- Ensure all service coordinators and beauty advisors deliver Sephora services according to company standards.
- Facilitate training and development for service coordinators to manage the Studio and daily services effectively.
- Collaborate with store and district experts to ensure team members receive appropriate product, category, and brand training.
- Conduct Sephora training sessions whenever possible.
- Participate in the selection, training, and certification of Sephora University trainers and coaches.
- Demonstrate artistic skills by performing personalized makeovers and skincare services as needed.
- Act as a service leader in the store, engaging with team members and clients on the sales floor.
- Promote Sephora values, including customer passion, innovation, expertise, work-life balance, respect, teamwork, and initiative.
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role in a high-volume store or equivalent internal experience.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Effective time management and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within a high-volume retail environment.
