- Oversee all aspects of customer experience and services within the store, including beauty classes and events.
- Support customer service excellence, sales floor standards, and team leadership.
- Manage daily operations of the Beauty Studio, ensuring coordinators are well-trained and services are efficiently delivered.
- Leverage technological innovations to enhance in-store customer experiences.
- Administer the online service booking system, ensuring adequate staffing and efficient client check-in processes.
- Conduct training for new and existing Beauty Advisors, facilitating orientation and sales model sessions.
- Support visual merchandising efforts, maintaining corporate standards and executing product restocks.
- Ensure effective communication and training between Beauty Advisors and visiting brand representatives.
- Two to four years of experience in a similar role within a high-volume retail environment or equivalent internal experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence business partners at all levels.
- Proven ability to build teams by attracting and selecting skilled store leaders capable of developing team members.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in leveraging technology for customer service enhancement.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage and execute visual merchandising strategies.
Two to four years in a similar role within a high-volume retail environment or equivalent internal experience.
