- Oversee all aspects of customer experience in the assigned Sephora store, ensuring high standards of service and sales floor management.
- Lead and develop team members across various departments including color, skincare, fragrance, and cash wrap.
- Conduct training sessions such as 'Welcome to Sephora' and 'Sephora 101' to ensure all team members are well-versed in Sephora's sales model and guiding principles.
- Facilitate in-store events to meet business objectives and customer needs.
- Monitor performance and provide timely feedback to team members for continuous improvement.
- Ensure effective collaboration with brand representatives during store visits and provide feedback on brand training effectiveness.
- Minimum of three years of experience in a similar role within a high-volume retail environment or equivalent internal experience.
- Proven ability to build and develop teams by attracting and selecting talented store leaders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence business partners at all levels.
