Sephora Customer Experience Manager

- Oversee all aspects of the customer experience in a specific Sephora store, including managing teams in color, skincare, fragrance, and cashiers.
- Ensure adherence to customer service standards and sales floor protocols.
- Develop and train team members, conducting 'Welcome to Sephora' and 'Sephora 101' sessions.
- Facilitate innovation by ensuring team proficiency in customer interaction technologies.
- Support in-store event organization to meet objectives and customer needs.
- Evaluate performance and provide timely feedback for improvement.
- Ensure effective collaboration with brand representatives and provide feedback on brand training efficacy.
- Minimum of three years' experience in a similar role within a high-volume retail environment or equivalent internal experience.
- Proven ability to build and develop teams, attracting and selecting talented store leaders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence business partners at all levels.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to drive sales and enhance customer service.
- Proficiency in training and development.
- Capability to manage events and innovate customer interactions.
Three years of experience in a similar role within a high-volume retail environment or equivalent internal experience.
