Sephora Customer Experience and Store Services Manager

- Oversee all aspects of the in-store customer experience, services, workshops, and events.
- Develop and mentor teams in makeup, skincare, haircare, fragrance, and beauty advisory.
- Conduct training sessions for new hires and existing beauty advisors.
- Address customer feedback and resolve issues using Sephora's feedback tools.
- Lead recruitment processes and manage hiring needs for the store.
- Ensure alignment with store objectives, business opportunities, and trends.
- Promote Sephora's values, including customer service passion, innovation, and teamwork.
- 2-4 years of experience in a similar role within a high-volume retail environment or equivalent internal experience.
- Exceptional leadership and influence skills.
- Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
- Willingness to work during peak hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
