- Implement and manage marketing studies, including needs assessment, briefing, and methodology definition.
- Coordinate with internal clients and research institutes.
- Draft and program questionnaires, manage data extraction requests, and prepare client files.
- Send and track emails to clients, process data, and analyze results.
- Present findings and recommendations to relevant teams.
- Oversee the customer satisfaction barometer, including tool management and weekly report preparation.
- Synthesize information based on team requests.
- Currently pursuing a Bac +4/5 degree in marketing studies (Business School, University, IUT, IUP, Specialized Master, etc.).
- Interest in retail and the cosmetics sector.
- Organized, meticulous, with a strong affinity for numbers.
- Autonomous, proactive, with the ability to prioritize and propose solutions.
- Curious and eager to learn, constantly seeking new information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written.
- Experience or knowledge in qualitative or quantitative consumer research is highly appreciated.
No specific experience required, though familiarity with consumer research is advantageous.
Pursuing a Bac +4/5 degree in marketing studies.
