Sephora CRM Project Assistant

- Manage the operational execution of the CRM commercial animation plan, including email, SMS, and push notifications.
- Construct and oversee the CRM plan and retro-planning.
- Collect information and draft briefs for creative projects.
- Coordinate with internal teams (legal, offer, e-store, Europe) and external partners (agencies, routers).
- Conduct targeting and BAT validation.
- Optimize communications through A/B testing within a Test & Learn framework.
- Monitor and analyze CRM and traffic KPIs with weekly reporting.
- Support transversal CRM projects and conduct competitive analysis.
- Organize events for top clients, including communication plans and contests.
- Coordinate internally (press relations, stores, supply, operations) and externally (service providers, brands).
- Organize Gold Days and Evenings for top clients, including operational management of gift bags.
- Implement communication plans (print, email, SMS, push) and conduct post-event analysis.
- Enrollment in a Business or Communication School, or equivalent, at Bac +4/5 level.
- Preferred alternation rhythm: 4 days in company, 1 day in school.
- Strong organizational and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Dynamic, proactive, and curious mindset.
- Strong writing and creative skills.
No specific experience required, but familiarity with CRM processes is advantageous.
Business or Communication School, Bac +4/5 level.
