Sephora CRM Operations Assistant

- Support the execution of multichannel CRM marketing campaigns using Adobe Campaign, aligning with country strategies.
- Configure local and promotional campaigns and assist other Campaign Managers with ad-hoc campaigns.
- Prepare campaign reports, analyze performance, and recommend improvements to enhance ROI.
- Consolidate and analyze EME region campaign results, providing insights and recommendations to CRM managers.
- Provide operational support to assigned countries, including campaign performance analysis and monthly email performance tracking.
- Conduct and present results of AB tests, identifying trends and making recommendations.
- Maintain CRM market intelligence by benchmarking and sharing actionable insights with CRM teams.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or Digital Marketing (Bac+4/+5).
- Proficiency in oral communication and Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong analytical skills and organizational abilities.
- Fluency in English.
- Affinity for numbers and customer loyalty strategies.
- Knowledge of Adobe Campaign or similar campaign management tools is advantageous.
No specific experience required, but familiarity with CRM operations and campaign management tools is beneficial.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or Digital Marketing (Bac+4/+5).
