Sephora CRM Operations Assistant Intern

- Support the deployment and execution of CRM campaigns for markets including Greece, Romania, Germany, and Scandinavia.
- Develop skills in targeting and configuring campaigns using Adobe Campaign.
- Provide occasional support in setting up additional campaigns as needed.
- Participate in consolidating CRM performance data and highlighting best practices.
- Identify key trends and areas for improvement within CRM campaigns.
- Contribute to the dissemination of reports and insights to local teams.
- Conduct regular research on CRM innovations and best practices, particularly in app usage and customer journey personalization.
- Share observations and optimization ideas with the CRM Europe team.
- Currently enrolled in a business school or university, pursuing a degree in marketing, digital, or data (equivalent to Bac+4/5).
- Curiosity, organization, and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical skills and numerical aptitude.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Adobe Campaign or Salesforce Marketing Cloud is advantageous.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
Beginner level experience; suitable for students seeking a formative internship.
Currently pursuing a degree in marketing, digital, or data (Bac+4/5 level).
