Sephora CRM Manager

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define target customer segments and create personalized marketing campaigns.
- Plan and manage all CRM activities in alignment with the annual animation plan.
- Oversee Sephora's loyalty program to enhance customer retention and satisfaction.
- Develop strategies to attract new members and increase engagement.
- Generate and share regular campaign reports with relevant departments.
- Set up strategies for customer recruitment, retention, and co-branding campaigns.
- Monitor card distribution and recruitment rates, motivating teams to achieve higher rates.
- Define and measure call center performance criteria.
- Develop and execute email and direct marketing campaigns for various customer segments.
- Analyze customer journeys across touchpoints to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Manage budgeting and monthly follow-up of animation income.
- University degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 8+ years of proven work experience in CRM.
- Expertise with analytical CRM systems.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-oriented attitude.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address complex issues.
- Demonstrated agility and leadership capabilities.
A minimum of 8 years of proven experience in CRM, with a strong background in analytical CRM systems.
University degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
