Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define target customer segments and create personalized marketing campaigns.
- Implement effective customer lifecycle management programs.
- Plan and manage all CRM activities according to the yearly animation plan.
- Manage Sephora's loyalty program to drive customer retention and satisfaction.
- Develop strategies to attract new members and increase participation.
- Generate regular reports after each campaign and share with relevant departments.
- Set up strategies for customer recruitment, retention, and co-branding campaigns.
- Monitor card distribution and recruitment rates of stores and motivate teams.
- Define call center performance criteria and measure results routinely.
- Develop and execute email and direct marketing campaigns.
- Analyze and map the customer journey to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Budgeting and monthly follow-up of animation income.
Qualifications
- University degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 8+ years of proven work experience in CRM.

- Expertise with analytical CRM systems.
- Strong communication skills.
- Customer-oriented attitude.
- Excellent verbal and communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to convey a sense of urgency and openness to new ideas.

Experience Requirements
