- Monitor and analyze lifecycle campaign performance through detailed reporting.
- Conduct monthly checks on automated CRM processes to ensure smooth operation.
- Generate and manage unique promotional codes for customer initiatives.
- Contribute to the revamp and optimization of customer communications.
- Prepare and analyze weekly recruitment reports to track performance.
- Assist in implementing targeted actions to drive customer acquisition.
- Support the development and enhancement of recruitment communication strategies.
- Provide support to stores in managing the MyClient application.
- Prepare monthly reports to assess program effectiveness.
- Oversee promotional campaigns and initiatives for loyalty members.
- Track and manage gift card stock and performance.
- Ensure timely and accurate upload of weekly communications on the company intranet.
- Assist in processing monthly cost orders and budget tracking.
- Contribute to the creation of the monthly CRM Dashboard, offering insights into customer behavior and trends.
- Provide logistical support for CRM-related events.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

- English fluency
No prior experience required, but a strong interest in CRM and marketing is preferred.
