- Assist in the delivery of business-as-usual email communications, including building, testing, audience segmentation, and scheduling.
- Ensure email content and design align with the broader business strategy and adhere to email best practices.
- Collaborate with design, content, and commercial teams to plan and execute emails on time and adapt them for local markets.
- Implement A/B and multivariate tests to optimize email and app communications.
- Update weekly and monthly CRM marketing reports, sharing insights with stakeholders and making data-driven recommendations.
- Contribute ideas to enhance the CRM strategy, drawing from personal consumer experiences.
- Support the CRM team in promoting a customer-first mindset across the business.
- Valid right to work in the UK.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
