- Oversee Beauty Pass data, insight, and analytics efforts to drive impactful decision-making.
- Ensure seamless and real-time access to data and generate actionable reports.
- Identify data requirements and transform raw data into compelling insights.
- Manage loyalty program KPIs, create forecasts, and reconcile monthly data.
- Monitor key loyalty program health metrics to identify trends and risks.
- Leverage data to optimize program performance and enhance customer retention.
- Present findings to stakeholders to inform strategic decisions.
- Manage incoming data requests and support loyalty-related data needs.
- Lead discussions on insight and reporting needs for campaigns and launches.
- Set up a prioritization framework to handle competing demands.
- Oversee delivery of reports focusing on loyalty metrics in-store and online.
- Maintain user-friendly reports and dashboards for organizational access.
- Manage relationships with business teams to understand and meet data needs.
- Coordinate with Global and Central tech teams for data platform access.
- Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Computer Science, or equivalent.
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis and insight generation.
- Proven ability to leverage data for impactful business decisions.
- Experience in the retail industry with multiple brands and complex data segments.
- Proficiency in Power BI and other data analysis tools.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple requests.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively in teams.
5+ years of relevant experience in data analysis, preferably within the retail industry.
Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Computer Science, or equivalent.
