Sephora CRM Campaign Manager

- Develop and implement CRM plans for a group of countries within the EME region.
- Oversee multi-channel campaign execution using Adobe Campaign V7, including workflow creation, targeting, routing, and follow-up.
- Analyze CRM campaign performance and provide recommendations to enhance effectiveness and profitability.
- Support and guide CRM campaign specialists in campaign setup and performance analysis.
- Identify and share best practices to optimize CRM activities and improve customer experience.
- Lead content personalization projects and collaborate with tech and product teams.
- Manage reporting and performance tracking projects in collaboration with the Data team.
- Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or Statistics.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in campaign management on large databases, preferably in the retail sector.
- Proficiency in Adobe Campaign, especially in targeting and routing.
- Strong analytical skills with a business and result-oriented mindset.
- Proven experience in team management.
- Excellent command of English, both oral and written.
- Expertise in CRM and direct marketing strategies.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Campaign and data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
At least 5 years in campaign management, ideally within the retail sector, with a focus on large databases and CRM strategies.
Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or Statistics.
