Sephora CRM & Reporting Project Manager

- Lead the development and enhancement of a Power BI tool dedicated to CRM.
- Collaborate closely with IT teams for data integration and structuring.
- Ensure data coherence and reliability in conjunction with Finance.
- Propose and design dynamic, automated dashboards for clear visualization of key indicators.
- Analyze CRM data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Define and monitor key KPIs on a monthly basis.
- Guarantee data quality and regular updates in collaboration with IT and Finance teams.
- Develop and implement a synthetic, relevant, and automated monthly report for top management.
- Synthesize results and formulate recommendations based on data insights.
- Minimum of 2 years in CRM, project management, and data analysis.
- Proficiency in Power BI and Excel.
- Experience in project management and multi-stakeholder coordination (external agency, IT, Finance).
- Strong numerical and data sensitivity with the ability to structure and analyze large data volumes.
- Experience in the Distribution sector.
- Rigor and reliability.
- Autonomy and proactivity, with the ability to advance complex projects with varied stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical and synthesis skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with diverse stakeholders.
A minimum of 2 years in CRM, project management, and data analysis is required.
