Sephora CRM and Events Trainee

- Support the creation of member communication plans for loyalty events, focusing on email and SMS messaging.
- Assist in briefing and executing secondary communication channels including social media, push messages, and outbound calls.
- Develop detailed SMS and email plans per event, including segmentation, storytelling, and deployment timelines.
- Design and execute email and SMS campaigns ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and event themes.
- Utilize Adobe platform for campaign execution, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Maintain all event communications on the Campaign Calendar.
- Analyze event performance using Adobe Campaign Manager and Power BI, focusing on open and click rates.
- Compile comprehensive event reports, emphasizing communication results and insights.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to execute event communications, including Social Media and Call Centre teams.
- Monitor competitor event communications and share best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, CRM, or a related field.
- Passion for CRM with a focus on email and SMS marketing.
- Analytical mindset with a strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in data analysis and segmentation.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively in teams.
- Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Fluency in Arabic is a strong advantage.
No specific experience required, but a passion for CRM and marketing is essential.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, CRM, or similar.
