1. Drive and execute technical discovery and implementation for prioritized marketing initiatives.
2. Develop API and iPaaS integrations within the MarTech stack, including Adobe Creative Cloud and Smartsheet.
3. Lead rapid prototyping, proof of concepts, and testing with external technologies.
4. Research and recommend AI-powered solutions to streamline creative processes.
5. Define and track KPIs to measure technology effectiveness and creative performance.
6. Develop and deliver creative tech guidelines, best practices, and training programs.

1. 5-7 years of experience in marketing technology or digital innovation roles.
2. 3-5 years of proficiency in front-end development (HTML, Python, CSS, JavaScript).
3. Experience in technical workflow development and change management.

1. Expertise in software integrations and cloud platforms (APIs, iPaaS).
2. Deep understanding of marketing workflow technology landscape.
3. Experience with AI tools and models for creative optimization.
4. Strong understanding of network security and architecture.
5. Proficiency in Agile methodologies and technical project management.
6. Excellent communication and organizational skills.

5-7 years in marketing technology, digital innovation, or interactive development roles, preferably within retail or digital agency environments.

Annual base salary range of $132,005.00 - $147,535.00, with potential bonuses.
