Sephora Creative Marketing Executive

- Coordinate briefs for brand partner content, including online pro classes and exclusive content for Sephora UK.
- Support the Head of Brand and Content in building a network of creatives for best-in-class content delivery.
- Oversee postproduction processes to ensure timely asset delivery.
- Liaise with relevant teams to create freelance briefs and manage delivery deadlines.
- Assist in delivering store floor content opportunities across various media outlets.
- Support onboarding and maintain relationships with key partners, including NGOs.
- Manage the critical path for media plans ensuring timely campaign delivery.
- Assist with contracting, partnership agreements, and budget tracking.
- Handle brand and content administration, including travel bookings.
- Coordinate brand reports and market analysis.
- Provide ad hoc event support.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative team spirit.
- Impeccable attention to detail.
- Willingness to challenge the status quo for team or customer benefit.
- High motivation and eagerness to learn new skills and systems.
Experience in a similar role within the marketing or creative industry is preferred.
