1. Assist in corporate legal operations of the group.
2. Support the management of corporate affairs for French and international subsidiaries, including board meetings and general assemblies.
3. Participate in the implementation of mandate changes within the group, such as appointments and resignations.
4. Aid in the approval of accounts for French and international subsidiaries.
5. Open, transfer, and close secondary establishments.
6. Conduct preliminary studies on the legal and regulatory feasibility of expansion and development projects.
7. Draft intra-group contracts.
8. Conduct legal research and stay updated on legal developments.

1. Enrolled in a Master's program (Bac+5) in Business Law, Contract Law, International Law, Corporate Law, DJCE, or PPI internship at the Bar School.

1. Strong writing skills and ability to synthesize information.
2. Attention to detail, dynamism, and responsiveness.
3. Good organizational skills.
4. Fluent in English.

Beginner level experience in a legal or corporate environment is required.

Currently pursuing a Master's degree in relevant legal fields.
