1. Assist in corporate law operations within the group.
2. Support the management of the corporate life of both French and international subsidiaries, including board meetings, general assemblies, and KYC processes.
3. Participate in the implementation of mandate changes, such as appointments and resignations.
4. Contribute to the approval processes of financial statements for subsidiaries.
5. Manage the opening, transfer, and closure of secondary establishments.
6. Conduct preliminary studies on the legal and regulatory feasibility of expansion and development projects.
7. Draft intra-group contracts.
8. Perform legal research and stay updated on legal developments.

1. Currently enrolled in a Master's program (Bac+5) in Business Law, Contract Law, International Law, Corporate Law, DJCE, or PPI stage at the Bar School.

1. Excellent writing skills and ability to synthesize information.
2. Meticulous attention to detail, dynamic and responsive.
3. Strong organizational skills.
4. Proficiency in English.

No specific prior experience required, but relevant academic background is essential.

Master's degree in relevant legal fields (in progress).
