Sephora Corporate Financial Control and Reporting Manager

- Synthesize and oversee the financial activities of Retail and Web France, providing concise insights for both French management and European teams.
- Lead all financial cycles for the Management Control team and participate in the financial steering of Sephora France.
- Ensure management control for headquarters and support functions, working closely with the Finance Director, support departments, European Finance team, and auditors.
- Monitor and update key French indicators in real-time, standardize and supply internal and external financial communication materials.
- Manage budget processes and updates in collaboration with operational controllers and European Finance.
- Conduct monthly and annual financial closings, ensuring compliance with financial standards and quality reporting.
- Perform management control for support functions, acting as a business partner for operational cost tracking and project management.
- Oversee operational logistics management for Retail France, including cost management for transport, destruction, personnel, and in-store services.
- Advanced degree in finance from a business school, Master 2, or IAE with a specialization in management control.
- Minimum of 7 years of successful experience in management control or audit, ideally in the retail sector.
- Strong financial and accounting knowledge.
- Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of SAP and EPM is advantageous.
- Fluency in English is a plus.
