- Lead and manage the corner store and team at ECI Sevilla Nervión.
- Oversee and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive sales and improve results.
- Develop and implement action plans to enhance store performance.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of beauty retail.
- Foster a dynamic and inclusive team environment.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in team management.
- Experience in retail, preferably in the cosmetics sector.
- Proficiency in managing sales indicators and KPIs.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical skills for KPI management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English and other languages is an advantage.
Candidates must have at least 1 year of experience in managing teams within the retail sector, with a preference for those experienced in cosmetics.
