Sephora Corner Manager

- Lead and manage the corner store operations at ECI Jaime III in Mallorca.
- Oversee and drive key performance indicators (KPIs) to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and implement action plans to enhance store performance.
- Foster a collaborative and motivating environment for the team.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in team management.
- Proven track record in retail, preferably in the cosmetics sector.
- Proficiency in English and/or other languages is an advantage.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to analyze and act upon sales data and KPIs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with a passion for the beauty industry.
At least 1 year of experience in managing retail teams, with a preference for experience in the cosmetics sector.
