Sephora Corner Manager

1. Manage, develop, and coach Assistant Managers and employees, including conducting career and employee appraisals.
2. Record sick notes and organize training courses for the team.
3. Implement floor management and act as a role model in Sephora's values.
4. Take responsibility for recruitment and recruitment strategies.
5. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and analyze retail key figures to enhance store performance.
6. Ensure flawless visual merchandising standards and maintain order on the sales floor.
7. Create and communicate reports to internal interfaces.
8. Ensure excellent customer service and evaluate feedback to improve service.
9. Create staff schedules and coordinate employees on the store floor.
10. Manage inventory and ensure optimum availability of goods.
11. Prepare for the opening and closing of the corner and report maintenance issues.
12. Participate in retail projects and foster relationships with partners.

1. Completed studies or training, ideally in retail.
2. At least 3-4 years of experience in retail, preferably in the beauty sector.
3. Previous management and team leadership experience with an emphatic management style.
