Sephora Corner Manager

- Manage, develop, and coach Assistant Managers and employees, including conducting career and employee appraisals.
- Record sick notes and organize training courses for the team.
- Implement floor management and act as a role model in Sephora's values.
- Take responsibility for recruitment and recruitment strategies.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and analyze retail key figures to enhance store performance.
- Ensure flawless visual merchandising standards and maintain order on the sales floor.
- Create and communicate reports to internal interfaces.
- Ensure excellent customer service and evaluate feedback to improve service.
- Create staff schedules and coordinate employees on the store floor.
- Manage inventory and ensure optimum availability of goods.
- Prepare for the opening and closing of the corner and report maintenance issues.
- Participate in retail projects and foster relationships with partners.
- Completed studies or training, ideally in retail.
- At least 3-4 years of experience in retail, preferably in the beauty sector.
- Previous management and team leadership experience with an emphatic management style.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills.
- Customer-focused and business-driven mindset.
- Reliable, hands-on, and solution-oriented approach.
- Excellent communication and delegation abilities.
- Positive attitude and ability to inspire others.
- Structured work ethic.
- Analytical and commercial working methods.
- Basic knowledge of SAP and Excel.
- Good knowledge of English and the native language of the country.
Minimum 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably within the beauty sector.
Completed studies or training, ideally in retail.
