1. Assume full operational responsibility for all processes at the Morges corner.
2. Develop action plans to increase sales and customer traffic.
3. Plan staff allocation, develop and motivate the team to deliver exceptional customer service.
4. Drive overall business strategy considering local market conditions and competition.
5. Adhere to budget and objectives based on trends and key figures, organizing commercial activities accordingly.
6. Design an attractive and trendy sales area in line with international guidelines.
7. Ensure service quality, customer satisfaction, and loyalty, serving as a role model for employees.

1. Completion of relevant education.
2. Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in a similar role.

1. Proficiency in sales and management principles.
2. Strong analytical and commercial work methodology with a hands-on mentality.
3. Creativity and willingness to test new sales methods to boost revenue.
4. Leadership, organization, communication, and strong numerical acumen.
5. Fluency in French and proficiency in English.
6. Elegant and polished presentation.

A minimum of 3 years in a leadership role within a similar function is required.

Market-aligned remuneration with a monthly bonus based on sales objectives.
