1. Lead and manage the corner store and team, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
2. Develop and implement action plans to achieve sales targets and improve key performance indicators (KPIs).
3. Foster a collaborative and dynamic team environment focused on exceptional customer service.
4. Monitor and analyze sales data to inform strategic decisions.
5. Ensure the store's visual merchandising aligns with Sephora's brand standards.

1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in team management.
2. Proven track record in retail, preferably in the cosmetics sector.
3. Proficiency in managing sales KPIs.
4. Valuable English proficiency and/or other languages.
